Restaurant Zum Musikhaus in Donaueschingen

At first I was really looking forward to the restaurant and also drove for 45 minutes with my partner. Please note, I made an extra reservation and received a reservation confirmation via email that confirmed the time and day. To our horror we unfortunately had to find out that there was no table or even a reservation for us although this was confirmed. What I found very sad, on the other hand, that not even the boss wanted to show himself. Wanted to talk to us or even wanted to apologize. Only the waiter took us outside and left us in the cold at 4 degrees in the evening. So I assume that the boss supports such service and such interaction and also stands behind it with his name.

We actually only made a stopover and wanted to drink a wine, but we even got a small snack from the cook and a super nice service. That makes you want more and I hope I'll be back in the area soon! 5 stars for the restaurant !!

Were there on Saturday, although we didn't make reservations, we were able to get a table, even though the place was very well attended. The team was super friendly and brought us straight to the place. It is very commendable that the jackets were taken from us. Drinks were there quickly and the winemaking was competent. the selection great! After we ordered we received a greeting from the kitchen which was served in very artistic wine bottles! Absolutely delicious treats. Food was seasonal and very good. The meat from grill was amazing! I have never experienced that in the area! Dessert with homemade ice cream was a dream. Completely satisfied absolute top recommendation !!!!!

Very delicious food, very nice and attentive staff, with a food intolerance, the chef personally advised and very pleasant atmosphere.

Nice little restaurant with a great team. High quality, friendly and professional but still easy and fun at work. Seasonal, fresh, regional and delicious food with regular little surprises in advance. Also, that some courts just do not exist is a clear quality feature for me. This is how Wild is on the map, but if nothing runs in front of the shotgun, there is nothing better than inferior quality of unknown origin. I really appreciate it. Nice that you are in Donaueschingen!
